Form and fit is very snug but with a little room to play. It is more comfortable than the factory seat, but doesn't offer heavy padding like other models. This is more form over function I would say, which isn't a bad thing since it's a Grom and you're not riding it for 100s of miles at a time (usually). The cover is really cool and looks legit. It feels durable and the owner Suzy was very forthcoming with info on questions. Overall, I would recommend as it looks really neat on the 2025 SP Grom.
